Pro is for the solo creator — everything you need to run your own production, plus a studio you can invite people into. Organization is for a small company or studio: shared manga, members, teams, roles and invitations, with 5 seats included and +¥18,000 per seat per year after. Publisher is for publishing houses: a ¥100,000 yearly licence covering 20 seats, unlimited studios and invoice billing.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted on a downgrade.
On Studio and Enterprise you get an organization account — invite members, group them into teams, and assign roles. Members join as first-class users under the organization, and one person can own or belong to multiple organizations.
Create a work order with scope and rate per assistant. When a task period ends, generate an invoice from the assigned tasks. The system calculates subtotals and Japanese consumption tax (消費税) automatically.
